Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How does Macaron of the Month work?
A: At the end of each month, the next month's flavor will be announced -- think of this as a cheese of the month club, except with macarons! Each month, we devise an incredible, seasonal flavor that will make your mouth water! Only one batch of each flavor is made, and shipments go out on the third Monday of each month to guarantee freshness!
Q: How do I know when my order will ship?
A: When you place your order, you will see the ship date in the product description on the order page.
Q: How are my macarons shipped?
A: Macarons are shipped via UPS.
Q: How long are my macarons good for?
A: Macarons should be eaten within 5-7 days of receiving them if stored in the refrigerator. You can freeze the macarons by putting them inside an airtight container or Ziploc bag. They will keep for 6-8 months frozen. Just take them out of the freezer and thaw for 20-30 minutes, and enjoy!
Q: What's in a macaron?
A: Macarons consist of two gluten-free cookies that are made of almond, sugar, and egg whites. The centers vary depending on the flavor, but the most popular ones have some form of a buttercream or ganache filling.
